About the founder

Suchi Thakrar

I truly consider it an honor and privilege to watch my clients discover their inner strength and realize their true worth. As a certified counselling psychologist and therapist, I take an eclectic approach to therapy, using a blend of different techniques to suit each person’s unique needs. I believe healing is a personal journey, and I’m here to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.

I use a mix of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and family therapy to help you tackle whatever challenges you’re facing. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or just wanting to grow and improve, I work with you to find the best path forward.
